Do you accept Happy Returns?

Yes. Bring your Happy Returns barcode from a participating retailer and we'll take it from there. No box, no label and no printer needed.

Do you accept Amazon returns?

Yes, with one requirement: choose the print-your-own-label option in the Amazon app instead of the QR-code, no-label drop-off. No printer at home? Not a problem, we can print the label for you here, then pack it up and send it out like any other prepaid package. We're not currently authorized for the box-free, QR-code Amazon return, so that option won't work at our counter, but the print option always will.

Do I need to bring my own box?

No. We stock over 50 box sizes plus specialty boxes for artwork, laptops and furniture, and we can build a custom box for almost anything. Just bring the item.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally through UPS, FedEx and DHL, and can help you compare speed, price and customs requirements.

Will you pack fragile or valuable items for me?

Yes. Our certified packing specialists handle fragile, valuable, large and awkward items, and anything we pack is guaranteed for insurability under our Packed to Perfection guarantee.

What if my item is an odd size or shape?

We've custom-built boxes for antique furniture, mounted antlers and car bumpers. If it doesn't fit a standard box, we'll make one that does.

Do you offer business shipping accounts?

Yes. Business accounts with monthly billing are available for regular shippers. Call us to set one up.
