Good to know before you print
What file types can I send?
Most common formats work, including PDF, JPG, PNG and Word or Publisher files. PDF is best for print-ready artwork. Not sure? Send it and we'll check it.
Can you design my business cards or flyer?
Yes. We handle design and layout, or you can start from one of thousands of templates on FotoZoomer.
How fast can I get my order?
Many jobs are ready the same day. Larger or custom projects, like big photos and canvas, are often ready within 48 hours. Expedited turnaround is available.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes, quantity discounts apply, and business accounts with monthly billing are available.
Can you mail my printed pieces for me?
Yes. We can fold, insert, label and prepare your mailing, then pack and ship it or take it to the post office.
Can I print photos straight from my phone?
Yes. Use the FZ Photo Prints app to send photos from your phone to our FotoZoomer system, then pick your prints up at the counter. Your images are stored in an encrypted file, and you control the access code. You can also bring photos on a flash drive, CD or DVD, or use our file upload page. We're happy to help you choose sizes and finishes when you arrive.
